A box holds a set of authentic designer handbags, each at stated odds. Buying a box opens it, and one of those bags is yours. What’s Inside lists every bag in the box before you buy.

Open What’s Inside on any box to see each bag, its market value and its odds. Those are the odds the draw is made with.

Every pull is decided on our servers against a seed committed before you open the box, never on your phone, so nothing about the box or the tap can change what is inside. You can check any pull yourself under Account, Provably fair.

Boxes are backed by real bags, so a box closes when its stock runs out and reopens when it is refilled.

It goes to your Collection. From there you can have it shipped to you, or sell it back for 90% of its market value. Sell-back credit lands in your balance straight away.

Seven days from the pull. If you have not shipped or sold a bag by then, it is sold back for 90% automatically and the credit is added to your balance. The bag’s page in your Collection counts down the time left.

Yes. A sell back happens at once and cannot be reversed, and the credit is added to your balance immediately.

Yes. Every bag in a box is an authentic designer piece. Brand names belong to their owners; BagDrop is not affiliated with them.

Tap your balance in the top bar, or Add Cash in Account. You can pay with Apple Pay or a card, from $5. The app confirms a deposit as soon as it settles.

Promo and referral credit can be spent on boxes but is never paid out, so it counts toward what you can spend and not toward what you can withdraw.

Choose Withdraw in Account. The first time, you verify your identity and link a payout account. Withdrawals start at $6. Any fee and the amount you will receive are shown before you confirm, along with how much you can still withdraw today.

A confirmation means the payment was sent; your bank may still need time to post it. If it has not shown up, email us with the date and amount and we will look into it.

Add an address under Account, then choose Ship to Me on the bag in your Collection.

Shipping is a flat fee, shown before you confirm. You can pay it from your balance or with Apple Pay.

We start preparing your bag as soon as you request shipping. Once the package leaves, the bag’s page in your Collection shows the carrier and a Track button.

You can change your saved address under Account at any time before you request shipping. If a shipment is already being prepared, email us straight away and we will do what we can.

BagDrop is available in the United States, for now.

Sign in with Apple or with Google. There is no separate BagDrop password to remember.

Share your code from Account. A friend who signs up with it gets $5 off their first box, and you get $5 once they have made that first purchase.

A code can be entered any time up to your first purchase. Look for “Have a friend’s code?” in Account.

Choose Delete Account in Account. Ship or sell back any bags and withdraw your balance first, because deletion cannot be undone.
